Acceptance of terms

By contacting, scheduling service with, or communicating with Dolan’s Garage LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. Acceptance of these general terms is separate from SMS consent and does not enroll you in recurring text messages.

Services provided

Dolan’s Garage LLC provides automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and related customer communication services. All services are subject to inspection, approval, and availability of parts.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program: Dolan’s Garage LLC service text messaging.

With your separate express consent, you may receive recurring informational messages about:

• Appointment reminders
• Service updates
• Estimates and approvals
• Repair status notifications
• Customer support

How to enroll: Call (321) 349-5150 or email service@dolansgarage.com to request text updates. Our team will explain the program and obtain your separate consent before enrollment. Providing your number alone does not enroll you. A text you send us permits a response to your request, not automatic enrollment in recurring messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can schedule and receive services without joining the SMS program.

Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies with your appointments, vehicle service, and support requests. Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing texts. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

How to stop messages: Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. After that, we will not send further program messages unless you provide a new express written opt-in.

How to rejoin: Call or email us for assistance with enrolling again. Contacting us for help does not itself reactivate your subscription; we require a new express written opt-in before program messages resume.

Help and support: Reply HELP, call (321) 349-5150, or email service@dolansgarage.com.

Message delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on wireless coverage and network availability.

Privacy: Your SMS opt-in records and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own use or messaging programs. Providers may process them only on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy & SMS Text Messaging Policy.

Customer responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate contact information and approve repairs before work is performed when required.

Limitation of liability

Dolan’s Garage LLC is not responsible for delays caused by parts availability, manufacturer issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
